My Story

Hello, I am Sarah, a qualified beauty therapist, embarking on a new journey after working in business admin for over 20 years and raising my two lovely children. This year I made the decision to re-train in a new industry, I pursued my passion for beauty therapy and underwent training that I have thoroughly enjoyed and as a result, I have now launched 'The Willow Room', a place where clients can escape into a welcoming, warm, and relaxing environment. My goal is simple: to deliver exceptional beauty services in a welcoming space where clients can enjoy some 'me time' and leave feeling refreshed and pampered. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged at 50% of the scheduled cost.
